Add the "Exchange Enterprise Servers" group to the "Manage auditing and
security log" local policy on each DC (Or push it with a group policy to
all DCs).

Subject: RUS ad W2003 GCs

Hi,

Running Ex2k Sp3 in a forest. Beginning to add Windows 2003 GCs to the
infrastructure. No Exchange 2003 as yet or required schema upgrade.

In Exchange system Manager we can only see existing unused W2k GC
controllers, NOT W2k3 GC controllers, when attempting to create new RUS
- or change DC - for Recipient Update Services.

Has anyone encountered this behaviour before?

Is Exchange 2003 required to play with W2003 RUS?

TIA

Paul Christopher
