I am running exhange 5.5 sp4 on windown NT 4.0 sp6a machine. I was doing week shutdown of my exchange server using powerChute plus v5.1 inorder to shuting the system down for last 5 years with no problem. I just upgraded the APC PowerChute Business Edition. Now when I did my shutdown last week the IS broke. I had to rebuild my exchange server from the tape. How can I shutdown the exchange server without damaging IS? Please help.
