How would you propose that users who have forgot their password or locked their
account authenticate to a secure website?

Subject: OWA and Passwords

Is OWA the best way to allow remote users to change their passwords?
Sometimes these geniuses get locked out of there accounts because their
password expired. So my real question is: Is there maybe some 3rd party
app that setups up a secure web site with allows users to reset there
password?
