I have some users who are trying to use OWA through their dial-up
connections at home. They are connecting at 28.8. They do not have a DSL
or Cable option.

They say they log in successfully and then they just get a blank screen.

I told them their connection is bad and they may just want to do pop3
(with the "leave the mail on server" option)

Does this sound right or is there something I am missing ? Will FBA help
resolve this ?
