Andrea,

It is probably I believe the sender is entering a 'blank' or null friendly
name (display name), they need to submit either nothing in this (so the
external email address appears) or the friendly (human) name.

I have a user who receives emails from an exteranl client.  The messages
from this particular client appear in the user's Inbox with no name in the
>From column.  The user has to open the message to see who it is from.  Why
doees this happen?  Can it be corrected?  If so, how?

Any help with this would be appreciated.
