I suppose it'd be too much to ask that this completely off topic post be made even slightly on topic by telling us the server in question is running Exchange. But barring the inclusion of even the slightest relevant details which might make it possible for someone to troubleshoot the issue with you (off list) should they be so inclined, your best bet is to contact the vendor of your hardware.
