Presently Exch 55 sp4+, on NT4sp6+ (going to Exch2003 in a few months)
I would like to have mulitple login accounts access 1 mailbox And can not seem to figure out if I can do this Example: The department is shipping And presently every physical shipping person logs in to the 8 machines as USER1 and access USER1 mailbox (keep the deptmental thing working for them) I also use a madatory profile it keep it all the same But now due to a new app I must have separate login ID's USER1, USER2, USER3..... But would like to keep the same amilbox for all user accounts So what I would like to do is have the USER1 mailbox allow The other users..USER2, USER3..... Access i.e. Outlook would open the USER1 mailbox I can not seem to find a way (if at all possible) in the admin console to let me do this thru permissions It would seem I have to create a mailbox for each user And then have them reference a public folder?
