Either the "Microsoft tech" was confusing Active\Active clustering for
an exchange 2000 mailbox server with WLB (there were memory issues
several years ago when trying to do A/A clusters on Win2K, probably
been fixed by now), or someone needs to wack him upside the head with
a clue bat.  I've used WLB (WNLB I think is the official name) for
front ends quite a bit and not had any problems with them.
