Old & current - NT 4.0 Server w/Exchange 5.5 sp4 ent.
New & current - Windows 2003 w/Exchange 2003 sp1 ent.

Still currently migrating users from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003.  With
permissions set in Outlook for mail folders, e.g. inbox, calendar, etc.,
working correctly when the user was on the Exchange 5.5 server, cannot
access the folders after being moved to Exchange 2003 server.  Why is
this?  The delegates are still in place and permissions have not changed
in the Outlook folders.  I can grant "Full Mailbox" in ADUC, but only need
to grant "Reviewer" or "Read" (Read permissions do not allow, only Full
permissions allows when granting via ADUC).  I've searched the archives
and can only find 3rd party resolutions which I should not need and not
willing to use for this issue.  Has anyone experienced this and have
resolved it?
