I don't know about Jim's Exchange 2003 book, I've not read it. However,
his Exchange 2000 book is the tech manual that Microsoft should have
included with the product. IMHO.

Jim McBee's e2k3 book is good. My fault it's not already in the FAQ.

recommended book for exchange 2003I have been thumbing through Tony
Redmond's new book "Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 with SP1" and its a
good read. I have read a number of books by Tony Redmond as well as
Paul Robichaux and I would generally recommend any book by either one of
these guys.

The Exchange FAQ currently only has one book in the recommended list
under the Exchange 2003 subheading (
http://www.swinc.com/resources/books.asp ). I'm not sure that the
listed book is what I'm looking for in setting up a 200 user org (which
is currently using pop mail from their ISP) from scratch.
Can anyone else recommend a book for someone who's familiar with
Exchange 5.5 but wants something comprehensive for Exchange 2003?
Thanks,
joon
