I need to set up Exchange 2003 to accept email from three new domains. I know I can do this by editing the default recipient policy, but I do not want SMTP addresses to be generated for existing users (or any users). I only want addresses in this domain to be assigned by me. Do I do this with a new recipient policy? How do I keep recipient policies from being applied to users?
Also, is there any built in way to set up a catch all address for domain, so all email for that domain goes to a specific address (in this case a distribution group)? Thanks!
