I'm using it in combination with Symantec Mail Security 4.5, and it works pretty well. I tested GFI MailEssentials, and liked it much more than Symantec, mostly for the auto-whitelisting feature. IMF is easy to deploy, but I recommend using the IMF Archive Manager http://tinyurl.com/5w5pr if you plan to archive filtered messages.
