We've been using IMF for about 4 months. It started out catching around 95% of the spam but in the last month this has dropped considerably to maybe around 75%. I guess the spammers have found a way to get a lower point score. Hopefully there will be an update coming soon that will help. The good thing is there are very few false positives.
