There is a drop-down next to the "threat" you can set for "Always Ignore".

I have it on an Win 2K server, 2K3 Server, Win 2K professional and Win XP machines. I haven't ran into any problems from the beta.....yet, but I have noticed that it doesn't get the tracking cookies out of IE that other products do (like spybot and adaware). Other then that it didn't seem to miss anything that the other 2 didn't miss also.
