Before you go crazy, verify that there are no filters or rules applied to that folder.

The weird thing is that if I send an email internally to that same public folder's email address then it does get delivered to the folder and I can read it. However, the same email sent from an internet email address appears to make it to my server but then disappears. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.
