If the correct permissions are on the bosses mailbox, the secretary can
use owa to access the bosses calendar.
We are using ms "webparts" to access everyones calendar off an intranet
phonelist.

The only other way[apart from andy's idea] i could think of is to put
the exchange behind an isa server and control access to the relevent
ports via nt groups

I realize that now after I've surfing awhile and reading some of the
post here.

What I am trying to acheive it that the majority of my users use OWA
while allowing certain users to use the actual client (extremely
limited).

If I leave the client access open to everyone, they will try to install
the client which is what I don't want.

I still need the flexibility to allow some clients to connect, like
secretaries that need to access their bosses calendar.
