Sorry for the off topic post but since everything is working fine in the it
rooms, I figured I will try to pick your brains about this:

How is your IT department motivated? Is there any goals/expectations that
they are expected to meet on a monthly or quarterly basis? And is there any
type or reward or compensation structure?

I have been given the task of motivating our IT department, and I just want
to figure out the best way to go about doing it, instead of whipping them
into shape. Any ideas?
