Ah,

the new 2003 domain is setup from scratch. Computers and users were
added manually. No ADMT. No SID history.

I can live with manually haveing to recreate the permissions, just
having the lists and folders and agenda's would be nice.

Exporting to pst, and importing it all, and manually populating the
new Distribution Groups seems my only way out now.  Which is a bummer.
