In my experience, you usually get those -1811 d/b corruption errors when you've 
got a failing hard drive, or other hardware problem introducing corruption.  
The previous poster is right; at this point, you should be trying to restore 
from the last database backup before the corruption appeared, rather than 
trying the destructive database utilities.

ESEUTIL can be very destructive - you can lose your entire attachment table, 
whole chunks of the IS, entire mailboxes - you want to have exhausted all other 
options before using it.
