somewhere.....Like, It doesn't take a Rocket Scientist to run an Email
Server!!  Sorry, couldn't resist.

I am assuming your email is going out ok and being delivered for the
most part? Make sure you are not an open relay and being used as a spam
sending machine. That could cause a ton of these failure messages.

But what it really sounds like are out going non-delivery reports for
spam sent to your server to a non-existent user. Your machine is
generating the NDR and trying to send it to a fake domain name that the
spammer used. Check your outbound queue for a bunch of messages from
'<>', those are the NDR's. If that is the problem consider turning on
recipient checking on the inbound side.

What version of Exchange?
