This one is really puzzling me: It is happening in Exchange 2003, Windows Server 2003. I (the administrator) am the only one who can change his/her password at the Outlook logon/change password screen. The error message: "Your Windows NT password could not be changed." I can change anybody's password with "reset password" in ESM, using the same passwords that are rejected at the Outlook logon. It doesn't matter what workstation they use. It doesn't matter whether they are logged in to the server as a client or not. "User cannot change password" and such settings are not set. Does anybody have any ideas? Thanks very much. _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Web Interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/read/?forum=exchange To subscribe: http://e-newsletters.internet.com/discussionlists.html/ To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe via postal mail, please contact us at: Jupitermedia Corp.
