We ran into a problem with our spam product (iHateSpam from SunBelt), where the folders created by iHS were not visible to the MM and we couldn't fix this.
As on aside: The Entourage client can't see the folders either, and people using Entourage need to use OWA to delete the spam folders created by iHS and then recreate them in Entourage. It put the spam in Inbox\Spam for each user. I want to add a Mailbox Management policy to delete any messages in spam folder older then 7 days. I thought this would be easy but it's not working. Can mailbox management policies be applied to sub folders of the Inbox ? I added it in as Inbox\Spam and the report suggested it processed all mailboxes and found nothing to do. Any advice ?
