use ADMT.

If not, you can get weird effects like being able to move mailboxes,
but not public folders. (You'd have to do a seperate .pst
export/import) If you create accounts manually, old agenda items etc.
will be owned wrongly. SID account will differ. The owner of the
agenda items will be the user-in-old-domain.

If these effects are not all that worrysome, exmerge, or the migration
wizard will do nicely after manually creating the accounts. The wizard
will put in a temp account, you can delete the mailboxes (make sure
the delete retention is not set to 0 days..), and re-attach them to
the new account.

imho a lack in the migration tools.
