I assume your problem is that the people who had adjust for daylight savings 
unchecked, see all their own appointments as being at the correct time, but see 
others' appointments as being an hour off. If that is the problem, export the 
Calendar to a CSV, delete all the appointments or move them elsewhere, put a 
check mark in adjust for daylight savings, import from the CSV. The only 
problem with this fix is it turns reoccurring appointments into multiple single 
appointments and any meeting requested appointments to regular appointments.

We have seen a problem in some Calendars being off by one hour. For some
reason the setting in the Time Zone section about Adjust For Daylight
Savings was not checked, on other computer it was checked. I would think
this would be a default during install and I can not see users clicking
this off. Is there anyway of automatically adjusting appointments that
are one hour off?
