I assume your problem is that the people who had adjust for daylight savings unchecked, see all their own appointments as being at the correct time, but see others' appointments as being an hour off. If that is the problem, export the Calendar to a CSV, delete all the appointments or move them elsewhere, put a check mark in adjust for daylight savings, import from the CSV. The only problem with this fix is it turns reoccurring appointments into multiple single appointments and any meeting requested appointments to regular appointments.
