Exmerge works, your error message is by design. You have to have send as receive as rights to the mailbox that you are trying to work with. That is in the help file.

Specifically it is looking for the "Send As" and "Recieve As" permissions which are, by inheritence, denied. I can turn off the inheritence, but I dont want to, obviously, break anything. I suppose I can just turn it back on when the ExMerge is complete? Does anyone know of a HOWTO for this in Exchange 2003? TIA!
