We use it, on a completely separate box (I have about 3000 mailboxes). We
filter all the mail before it comes in. It's been quite successful, in
coordination with Groupshield for Exchange on my IMS box, in keeping viruses
and trojans out, and the latest version, with Bayesian logic, is doing a
superlative job in spam filtering. It's gotten to be quite rare that a spam
email actually gets through.

It DOES have a lot of false positives, so you'll have to do some tweaking and
tuning at first. This newest version is quite good - some of the previous
versions were very fussy, but this one seems much easier to use. The only
caveat I've had is that it can be quite persnickety about forwarding mail to
the IMS after it's been restarted, but I'm still using Exchange 5.5; possibly
that issue is no longer a problem with Ex2K or Ex2K3. Ask me next fall, after
I upgrade my Exchange environment!

(By the way, we bought it mostly because it was so inexpensive, and it's proven
to be a very good value for the money.)
