Subject: wierd mail problem

Our former CIO has left the company but is still using our email address and
a company supplied Blackberry (on a short-term basis) in case anything comes
up that his replacement (the former second-in-command of the IT dept) needs
help with.

I have set Exchange (5.5) to deliver email to both the former CIO's mailbox
and to his replacement, however, it's not going to his replacement, just the
ex-CIO's mailbox. Wondering if maybe the Blackberry server is getting the
email and marking it as "read" before it can get CC-ed to the CIO's
replacement?

Any ideas here? How do I solve this?
        Thanks
        John Aldrich
