OL 2003 on EX2K I have a user who does not receive emails if his OL is in Exchange Cache mode, even if he is connected to the LAN. I know when he is offline OL is supposed to read from the local store, and then when he is online again, it should poll the server periodically to download any newly arrived messages to the local file, but this doesn't happen. If I uncheck the cached mode everything works fine.
What could be causing this and can it be fixed through a setting change in OL or perhaps through a registry hack?
