Only 300 users, we filled all of the tapes using monthly FULL with daily incrementals in 3 months. Doesn't sound too bad right? The tapes are $52 each, that means we have $1,872 in tapes in the machine x4 for one year retention = $7,488 (in tapes)... Ok now factor in the Freedom of Information Act.. 10 years with of each version of a document or email....Yes by all means just add the zeros.. Oh did I mention your tax dollars at work? /ALE > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of > Larry Wahlers > Sent: Wednesday, June 08, 2005 9:15 AM > To: Exchange Discussions > Subject: RE: Information store size > > I'll join you in the lion's mouth.
