I've liked brightmail ok, but the transition to Symantec support was a
little rough.  Not sure what you mean by 100%.  It doesn't stop 100% of
the spam, but it does do a very good job.  I don't care for the logging
at all and don't like the searching in the quarantine.

You can buy IronPort and get the Brightmail engine in an appliance and
get support from them instead of Symantec.
