There are quite a few ways to do it, 3rd party software, CIW, KixStart scripting, ScriptLogic, but so far, the easiest and cheapest (free) way that we've found is using an AutoIT script (www.autoitscript.com). This free prorgam creates scripts that basically manipulate the screen for you. One of my guys has been messing with it for a few weeks now and we've come up with a lot of useful stuff. Much easier then KiX IMO and it's free. It's work flawlessy in everything we've done. We have a script that reads your computer name and setups a local MAPI connection for Exchange or an RPC over HTTP connection based on your computer names prefix.
