I have tried to replicate this six different ways from Sunday, and
can't.  Did you open his sent items and verify that all these addresses
were indeed in the BCC field?

Thanks again, Chris. Yes, there were Exchange 2003 as well as Exchange
5.5 users. Probably there were some outside SMTP folks as well.
