Oh, THAT kind of flakiness. Yeah, the APC problem bit a lot of us in the butt. Nice of APC to not bother to notify any of their registered users that most of their servers wouldn't be able to log on after the java certificate expired. I figured mine out myself in about an hour when I noticed all the APC services were hung at Starting. I killed the services and uninstalled the software.
