Here is what yahoo.com customer care respond

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Yahoo! Customer Care.

We have retested the IP address you submitted and it appears that the
open proxy/relay situation with this IP has been resolved. We have now
removed the block from our servers for this IP address. However, please
note that it may take approximately one week for the changes to take
full effect.

Emails from the mail server(s) you are using have recently become
deprioritized due to potential issues with its mailings.

These deprioritizations were temporary but may be re-triggered if the
sending IP profile continues to be poor. Typically, deprioritizations
are triggered by bad individual sender or MAIL FROM profiles.

To continue to receive prioritized delivery, please visit the following

Lets back up a bit.

You are not listed in any major RBL that Yahoo would be using, in my
opinion. Checking all the major's, you are not listed.

 67.94.79.66 listed in OSIRUS(127.0.0.2) DORKS(127.0.0.2)
ABL(65.77.130.111) SPEWS(127.0.0.2)

That is from the link above. OSIRUS is not around anymore. Dorks is also
out of business. ABL is a spammers joke or something like that, no one
uses it. The SPEWS listing is an error, it is picking up the old OSIRUS
listing, which again is not used anymore. No way Yahoo uses SPEWS.

Your IP is static. It has valid rDNS. That eliminates a lot.

It is Yahoo specifically that is mad at your IP, or if I were to bet mad
at your ISP, XO Communications. Many consider them spam tolerant if the
check is big.

Take this up with Yahoo directly. See if you can get details from them.
I would be interested in what you find out. They have a contact form
