I know the official word from MS for support on GB18030 is that it's not supported on NT4:
http://www.microsoft.com/globaldev/DrIntl/columns/015/default.mspx but has anyone found a workaround to support this on NT4/Exch 5.5. sp4? Also, is it possible to just upgrade the OS of the current Exch. 5.5 server to Win2000 and this will fix the GB18030 problem?
