I have an interesting problem. I have a user when he sends to another
user in the same mail store a day later he'll get a "delayed delivery"
message. I checked the message tracking and it shows that the message
is being delivered locally to that certain user. What would prompt
Exchange to send a delay message if the message is delivered when it's
sent out?

Thank you,
