There are 3rd party products which allow for bulk management of permissions. www.slipstick.com has links to at least one IIRC.

Basicly we have a shared server between three companies. Each company in there own OU. In each OU there is a group called everybody@ and I need to give that group permission to read each others calendar. Preferably without visiting or logging in as each and every user. Even when I attempt to do it at a sinlge user level it does not allow me to use the group. What am I missing?
