I'm neither sure what you've done or what you are trying to do. Please

I've made changes to a user so she can use a second user as a from
address. I modified the email addresses of each. Outlook has not
reflected the changes when you hit the "to" button.  The changes have
not replicated in several days. How due I force an update that shows up
in outlook? Is cache mode affecting this?
