Mail Frontier is a little too spendy for us, as we're a non-profit organization.
GFI looks very appealing. Have you had any problems with false positives? Does it integrate with Outlook 2003 (Junk Email folder, mark message as spam/not spam, etc)? The price looks quite good as well.
