having a problem publishing forms in exchange 2003/outlook 2003. Every time I publish the form to the organizational forms library, users can't see it when performing "tools/forms/choose form/"
When i try to re-publish it (by opening the *.oft form from my desktop), the form appears to be available under the "organization forms library" under <No Category Name> <No subcategory name> and then the form is there with the display of <Hidden>.
