Yer welcome, dahlink! Seriously, when you only have to do it once or twice a year, this is a great process. The scripts and programs that you have to track down in your saved folders are great if you can remember how to run them or if you have all the right permissions. This is something that ANYONE using Outlook can do, so it is great for that Marketing person who keeps bothering you for information or that HR person who just has to get "one more thing" from you!!
