We use CommVault, and it is the premium Exchange backup solution, and is in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for backup software. We assessed all the main enterprise backup solutions and found it to be the best available for us. We also use it as a single interface to other storage requirements, and are about to use it for ILM with e-mail and file archiving.
The CommVault way of doing brick level, is not the same as the traditional "brick level backup", for example it retains SIS and you can restore a single attributes within Exchange or AD on the go.
