A very useful tool! This brings to mind a similar topic.

Are there any useful discussions on teaching and implementing good "email
management" practices? The posted link mentions a practice that I'm sure a lot
of us are very familar with, "Most email users are pack rats: They keep as much
mail and other items as you'll let them stuff into their Exchange Server
mailbox."

Well, being the admin here, this falls right into my lap. What are some of the
things you've done to convince your superiors that allowing you to get firm
about your suggested policies?
