If you have a bit *nix experience, or want to try it, You can run a box with ClamAV , I have been using it since late last yr and have yet to get infected, I direct my inbound SMTP to that , then hand it off to my exchange ( bug & spam free)

About 3 months and 5 patches later, it was relatively stable, but there was still a minor memory leak and I was forced to restart the server about once a week.
