Hello. We have some execs that keep all their mail in a PST. They don't think it is secure on the Exchange server. That's just the way it is and they will not change.
Now when they use the enterprise Blackberry solution and send e-mail from their Blackberries, the messages go into the Sent Items folder on the server. They would like to keep those sent messages, but they want to automatically move them off the server and into the Sent Items folder in the PST as soon as they start Outlook (just like the contents of the Inbox get dumped into the PST when Outlook starts (if the PST is set up as a delivery point of course)).
