Is the language field on the main page or somewhere else? If you don't
muck with it and publish your form, what lang does it show up in?

Subject: Exch 2003: Cannot Select English (USA) as language for a public
form

Kind ladies and gents,

I'm trying to install a new Public Form Library for running CommVault
Data Migrator. Below are the instructions provided by CommVault..

+++
Before installing the DataMigrator Outlook Add-In you must publish some
special forms in the Exchange Server Organizational Forms Library (OFL)
from a computer that has Outlook installed. These forms provide special
icons necessary for users to identify migration candidates and message
stubs. Steps 1 through 5 are for creating the OFL, and Steps 6 through 8
are for publishing the forms. If you have already created an OFL, then
you can use the existing one and don't need to create a separate OFL. In
that case, just follow Steps 6 through 8.

Open the Exchange System Manager and expand the folders node.
Right-click the Public Folders tree and select View System Folders from
the context menu.
Right-click the EFORMS REGISTRY system folder and select New ->
Organizational Form from the context menu.
Name the new Organization Form "DataMigrator Organizational Forms" and
make sure that the Language field is set to English (USA), select Apply
then click OK.
Exit the Exchange System Manager.
+++

I can follow the instructions fine until I need to choose the language.
Unfortunately "English (USA)" is not an option.

If I look at my standard Organizational Forms, their language is set to
"English (USA)" just as I would expect.

I've Goggled and searched MS/Technet. I found a few instances of people
mentioning the same thing, but none of them included a resolution.

Server is Exchange 2003 SP2. Server is Windows 2003 SP1.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
