D'oh! It's the connectors. They were set to disallow PF referrals. Untick that and I'm back in business.

As soon as I push a replica from the server in Admin Group B to the server in Admin Group A, users in Admin Group A can now see the contents. It's as if the servers don't know that they exist on another server. Any thoughts on where I can start to look?
