I'll address them all here: - There's no advance find/view/filter , AutoArchive. Ditto for the Mailbox policy (as far as I'm aware of). If there was one, where would I check for it? - As far as I know there is no Mailbox Cleanup process. This is a client that I go once a week too and I didn't setup their EX. But how would I verify cleanup is not running? - What is Outlook dumpster?!! To make matter worse another user claims to experience similar problems! Also the user doesn't access (POP or OWA) to her email remotely and no one else has mailbox rights on her account. She seems to think this happens about every 30 days or so.
