Have you looked at the power supply being the problem? It wouldn't be a Compaq Proliant 4000 by any chance?

The OS halts and the Automated System Recovery utility reboots because it notices its timer has stopped, and assumes a problem has occured. I am keeping my eye on it, and looking for replacement RAM from some of our other servers to see if its not a RAM related issue either.
