We run a single E2K3 setup and I needed to remove Require SSL on the OMA directory

I came across one forum that suggested if you wanted to run run ActiveSync with ssl it would only work from a front end server it would not work in a single server setup. Is this a true statement? Im also getting the below error when trying to access OMA. Any thoughts?
